Hi, everyone.

Non neutral subatomics are protons and electrons. If an electron removed from an atom it undergone positive charge, when an electron added to atom then it get negative charge. Either it is positive or negative totally it is a charged ion.
If we add or remove protons from an atom. That atom changes completely to next element in periodic table.

Example : If hydrogen gets a proton in addition then it changes to helium of positively charged. Why because this new helium atom consists of just one electron. But as per given options. Only first one follows this.

Neutron means than equal number of holes and electrons in an atom when a hole or an electron is removed or added than valance forms an ion.

Non neutral means except neutron and others hv charges also only electron can donate or accept.

Subatomic particles are particles smaller than atoms. (although some subatomic particles have mass greater than atoms).

Please tell me about subatomic particle?

We cannot able to remove protons. Only we can able to remove electrons. So only +ve or -ve ions are formed.

Atoms contain Electron, proton, neutron. These elements made atom neutral in nature. So, on removal of any one of those results in formation of charged ion.

Electrons and protons are not neutral charge. That are denoted as -ve and +ve charges.

An atom is naturally stable when an electron leave from valance band it gets positively charged.
