Battery is represented by two bars where longer is for positive and smaller for negative, So B is the answer.

D is the symbol for Cell and B is the symbol for battery. Battery is combination of two or more cells.

Battery means 2terminals vote hai longer terminal is represented as a positive terminal post on one side and shorter terminals is represented as a negative terminal post on another side.

A battery used to charge any device it consists of +ve nd -ve terminals as current passes through -ve to +ve potentials.
