First we have to get the voltage of the capacitor at the first pulse:
Vin(1-e^(-ton/RC)) equals to 3.16V.
Then, to get the voltage of the capacitor before the beginning of the second pulse, meaning during the Toff.
And that is 3.16(e^(-toff/RC)) which is equal to 427.74 mV.
