Vc = I * Xc;
Xc = 1/(2*pi*f*c);
I = V/Z; V = 20 given
Z = sqrt(R2 + (XL-XC)2);
Xc = 1/(2*pi*f*c);

Reactance of inductor XL=2*pi*f*L ==> 2*3.14*800*25m ==> 125.66
Reactance of capacitor XC=[1/(2*pi*f*C)] ==> 1/(2*3.14*800*0.47u)==>423.28
Z= sqrt(R^2+(XL-XC)^2) ; I=V/Z;
substituting for Z=370.1
substituting for I=20/370.1 = 54.04mA
Finally Vc=I*XC ==> 22.87

Due to voltage magnification voltage across capacitor greater than Source voltage.

Because in series RLC circuits there is voltage magnification across reactive components.
