The answer is square wave.

It is a Comparator so if input is sinusoidal then ouput is sqaure wave.

There is not negative feed back applied. The open loop gain of the opamp is of the order of 10^5. Then the output would be vin x 10^5 = 10^5 mV = 100 V.
Since the value of Vcc is +/- 15 V, the output will be clipped at I and - saturations. Therefore the output will be square wave.

Circuit is in open loop configuration hence output is in saturation means +Vsat and -Vsat which gives square wave.

Here the op amp acts as a comparator because the inverting terminal is grounded. Nothing but the reference voltage at inverting terminal is 0 Volts.
Now it compares non inverting with inverting terminal, so it gives the respective supply voltage whether it is +ve or -ve.

In open loop configuration ther is no concept of virtual ground and hence when ever the voltage at the non inverting terminal is greater than inverting terminal the out put is at +vsat and vice versa.

Op amp has open loop gain of 2*10^5
Output=2*10^5(10^-3)=200v
This is not possible to have voltage of 200v
When output voltage exceeds vcc(supply voltage=15v)
the opamp saturates and output is square wave.
