Switch debouncing is a common problem associated with mechanical switches. Switch continuously make contact on and off so it is difficult to predict the state of the switch.

SR flip flop does not operate on race around(i.e. 1-1) condition,& for switch debounce, it requires any one of the input to be zero(gnd) to (w.r.t)operate.

S-R f lip flop does not generate any pulses so its not a oscillator. which changes the output according to the input.
