How can we say that diode will be forward biased?

HARINATH said:   1 decade ago
IF P type semiconductor is connected to the positive terminal of the battery and N type semiconductor is connected to the negative terminal of the battery then this condition is said to be in forward bias condition.

The voltage across the diode remains constant irrespective of the source voltage.
