Capacitor allow ac and block dc, here is ac supply are given and capacitor placed at the begining so it means it is high pass filter (hpf).

When the capacitor is placed on input side means hpf.
If its placed on output side means lpf.
If its placed on output side means lpf.

How it is differentiator?. It is high pass filter because at high frequency Xc is small.

It is a high pass filter that all we are knowing.
But, it is not a differentiator.
Reason: because for a good differentiator.
1) T(RC time constant) <= 0.1T(fundamental freq)
2) Xc>= 10R.
Here not a single condition is matching with differentiator property.

This is circuit is both high-pass filter and a differentiator. But if we need to choose the best answer it would be high-pass filter since it is most practically used as a high-pass filter.

What is the circuit for low pass filter?
Can filters be drawn using inductor and capacitor?

As capacitor allows high frequency to pass and low to stop (dc).
