As capacitor allows high frequency to pass and low to stop (dc).

Xc=i/2*pi*f*c
at high frequency Xc is small.
at high frequency Xc is small.

That is right. At high frequency that capacitor allows all current flow. Then this current flow will intern produce voltage drop in the load resistor R1. But at low frequency the capacitor give more resistance to the current flow.

This is also diferentiator.

Xc= 1/(2*pi*f*C)
Also, applied voltage V= Vc + Vr
At low frequency, 1/f is large and hence impedance offered by capacitor is also large. So, voltage drop woould be considerable across it.
On the other hand, at high frequency, 1/f gets small and hence capacitive reactance also small. Major voltage drop takes place across the resistor, or better call load.
Thus, at higher frequencies, we are getting Output voltage more close to the input. So, it is a high pass filter.

How it is differentiator?. It is high pass filter because at high frequency Xc is small.

When the capacitor is placed on input side means hpf.
If its placed on output side means lpf.
If its placed on output side means lpf.
