No, it's not correct.

As RMS value for full wave rectifier is = Imax/1.41.

And here Imax was not given, instead of it, Avg load current was given which is not same as Imax.

So, Irms is 1.11 * Iavg = 1.11* 15 = 16.65A.

Can anyone agree with me?
