Center frequency is 30 GHz, and it is 1.5 of f cutoff thus;
20GHz = c/2a,
a = 7.5mm.

What I come up with, c/(35Ghz-25Ghz).
Then divide it by 2 since a=wavelength/2,
Then multiply by 1.5 and I got 7.5mm.
