For a circular wave guide
cutoff frequency for TE10 and TE01 modes are same
cutoff frequency for TE10 and TE01 modes are different
cutoff frequency for TE10 mode = twice the cutoff frequency for TE20 mode
cutoff frequency for TE10 mode = haf the cutoff frequency for TE20 mode

Question itself is wrongly framed.

Since TE10 AND TM10 do not exists at all.

The option would have been correct if it is rectangular waveguide instead of circular.
