Full-wave Rectifier Average Value.
Then we can see that a full-wave rectifier circuit converts BOTH the positive or negative halves of an AC waveform into a pulsed DC output that has a value of 0.637 * AMAX or 0.9 * ARMS.
So, 0.637 * 100 = 63.7 and 63.7 * 1.11 = 70.7 is the answer.

RMS=FF*Avg.
As this instrument is calibrated for sine wave
Therefore it uses FF=1.11( BY DEFAULT full bridge rectifier)
and this square wave is fed to FWR, therefore the output will have the Avg of 100V.
so,RMS=1.11*100=111.

1.11 is "form factor".

Peak value= RMS * 1.414(value to be multiplied in case of the sine wave).
100 = RMS * 1.414
RMS = 100/1.414 i.e. 100/√2.
Then, How we get 1.11?
100 = RMS * 1.414
RMS = 100/1.414 i.e. 100/√2.
Then, How we get 1.11?

As the given signal is different from regular sign wave , to get the RMS value we should multiply 1.11 to peak voltage.

"The voltmeter is calibrated to read rms value of sine wave".
Why it is reading peak value?
Why it is reading peak value?

I think RMS value is for sine.

I think the wave shape is supposed to be a sine wave, not square.

From where did you got 1.11?

I agree with Mintokz, The peak value is 100.
