Schottky diode has large reverse saturation current. The majority carriers in schottky is electrons and the carry the most of the electric current. So its a unipolar device. But in normal diode the electric current is due to electron as well as holes. So it is a bipolar device.

"The reverse leakage current increases dramatically with lowering the forward voltage ".
As a forward voltage is low for Schottky Diode, the leakage current is high.
As a forward voltage is low for Schottky Diode, the leakage current is high.

Reverse saturation current is high due to more e- movement from metal to n type. Due to this eventhough Schottky diode is fast switching speed it is less used.

The reverse leakage current is more in Schottky than PN diode.

It is an unipolar device and hence no reverse currents are formed. So D must be the correct answer.
