As compared to an ordinary semiconductor diode, a Schottky diode
has lower cut in voltage
has higher cut in voltage
lower reverse saturation current
both (b) and (c)
Answer: Option
Explanation:

Since it has less breakdown voltage it s used in fast switching operations.

In this diode reverse saturation current is high.

It is a uni-polar device and hence no reverse currents are formed. So Lower or higher option should not come, which means A must be the correct answer.

Please support for option C too. Because reverse recovery time is low in Schottky as compared to normal diode.

It will have less reverse saturation current also.
