1) Here, it should be like "Which of the following could be the maximum current rating of junction diode BY126?"
BY126 IS A TYPE OF JUNCTION DIODE.
2) AS PER THE DATA SHEET OF BY126 THE maximum current rating ( the maximum peak amount of current the diode is able to conduct in the forward bias mode. ) is 1AMPS.
