Given Data from Question.
I0 = 2 * 10^-7.
V = 0.1
We know Vah = 26mv.
Then, I = 2 *10-7(e^0.1/0.26),
I = 9 microA.
I0 = 2 * 10^-7.
V = 0.1
We know Vah = 26mv.
Then, I = 2 *10-7(e^0.1/0.26),
I = 9 microA.
