Simple method:
Vb = Vbe+VE = 1.7.
Current through r1 = 1.7/17 k = 0.1 mA.
Vb = Vbe+VE = 1.7.
Current through r1 = 1.7/17 k = 0.1 mA.

It is impossible to calculate without the value of Rf.
Because as per the KCL, Current through Rf = Current through R1 + iB.
Because as per the KCL, Current through Rf = Current through R1 + iB.
