As temperature increases we know that depletion region decreases so it results flow of current increases for a given value of forward voltage.

Ya of course the semiconductor has -ve temperature coeficient and due to foreward bias the depletion region decreases and current flow.

I have a doubt when temperature increases the ramdomness in electrons folw increases which may lead in the improper flow of control. So it should decrease the flow of current.

May be this will help you hari.
When temperature increases, the randomness in electrons flow increases which may lead in the improper flow but the applied voltage will make it as proper flow. So the flow of current should increase.

Then decrease in temperature affects decrease in current, it may be the answer.

Why decrease in temperature affects decrease in current ?

As the temperature increases the width of potential barrier decreases there by decrease in the width of depletion layer.
That is the electrons get energy and crosses the depletion layer within in a short time. Hence the current increases (the flow of electrons has increased).

With increase in temperature forward current increases because increased temperature increases the dopand impurities in respective p- and n-types.
With decrease in temperature forward current decreases very little but not that much because the external voltage keeps the flow of current through the diode.

The explanation may be done in this way also. We know that as temp increases the reverse saturation current also increases. The forward biased current of diode is proportional to the reverse sat current. So forward biased current increases with temp.

Due to increase of temp the minority current increase but not majority so it value is decrease by 2.5mv/degree so forward voltage decreases by increase of temp.
