I=i(exp(v/k*T)-1), and i=reverse saturation current directly proportional to minority carrier conc. intern square of (intrinsic carier conc.).

I know that increase temp current increases but but at a certain temp that will become constant. Then how to say on increases temp current will be also increases.

If temperature increases the width of potential barrier decreases there by decrease in the width of depletion layer.
That is the electrons get energy and crosses the depletion layer within in a short time. Hence the current increases(the flow of electrons has increased).

If temperature increases then the depletion layer decreases.
If the temperature increases depletion region decreases then current increases.
