It is absolutely sure that ideal condition is absolutely different from the practical condition so we have to understand on the practical basis.

The answer is diode is internally short because in forward bias diode behave as short ckt, so we know that in short circuit resistance is low.

The answer is option C because the output is not correct when in the circuitry some of the problems such as the connection are short.

Low Resistance in both directions. Normally in forward biased diode shows low resistance and in reverse bias shows high resistance.

When the silicon diode is internally shorted, there will be high flow of charge carriers and hence low resistance measured.

Usually we can have low resistance when the circuit is shorted. This is the reason why the answer is C for above question.

In forward bias a diode is short circuit and have zero resistance, so silicon diode measure a low value of resistance.

That moment diode is conducting. That means current flowing through the diode so resistance is Zero of that time.

It is not exactly short in forward bias it offers very very less resistance so we assume it to be a short.

The answer is diode is internally short. So it behave like a conductor so it shows low resistance value.
