In diodes anode means positive. Forward bias means positive to positive connection that is,
Anode to positive connection. so Option A is correct.

In forward bias more conductivity due to flow of electrons so we have to control the flow of current then we connect the limiting resistor to anode In reverse bias diode is open circuit so we need not limiting tesistor

When a resistor is placed in between positive supply and diode anode, the resistor will prevent the large flow of current. If not connect the resistor the diode will damage.

During forward bias anode of the diode is connected the +ve supply. In forward bias limiting resistance is connected between the diode and the supply voltage to limits the flow of large current to enter the diode to prevent the diode from damage.

For forward bias anode (positive) should connect to positive supply.

Electrons flow from higher denser area to lower area. Due to anode is positive it is connected to positive supply.

The applied voltage drives the conduction process. And when cathode or anode are connected which are also polarity terminals, the diode will not conduct because cathode and anode result in current units.

You simply need anode voltage more than cathode voltage to make a diode forward bias may be positive voltage or negative. There is no concept of connecting anode to positive and all.

Can you explain in a clear way?

If we name diode terminals as Va & Vb (anode & cathode volt's).

To make FWD bias condition must be Va > Vb. So obviously +ve supply voltage should give to Va terminal.
