Is it always 0.0267 for zener diode at room temperature..??

Tcoeff = change in voltage/(change in temp * voltage at (TO))
TO initial temp ie 25 deg c in this problem.

Rekha Garg said:   1 decade ago
Tcoeff=(change in voltage/change in temp)*voltage at inital temp
Here initial temp is 25degc & voltage is 10v

Sreeyush Sudhakaran said:   1 decade ago
Tempcoeff=(change in voltage/change in temp)x voltage at inital temperature
=(10.2-10)/(100-25) x 10
= 0.2/75 x10
=0.026666... = 0.0267
