Using Class B efficiency:
Formula:
%n = 78.54 (Vpout / Vcc).

Given
Vcc= 20Vp out.
VL= 18V,
RL= 16V,
%= 78.54( 18V/20V),
Efficiency= 70.69%.

P(L) = Ic^2*RL/2 = V(L)*RL/2.

P(source) = Vcc*2Ic/pi.

=> Efficiency = PL/P source = pi/4*(VL/Vcc) = 0.9*pi/4.
