According to me,
:
20-0.7-0.7=18.6.
Vb1=18.6/2=9.3.
Because R1 and R2 has same value.
So, the correct answer is 9.3.

10.7 is correct.

Given the KVL and voltage division, we get V across resistors equals Vr = 9.3V.

Following the same KVL and you should know that Vb1 comprised of the two diodes and the V across the lowest 1.2k resistor.

That gives us 0.7 + 0.7 + 9.3 = 10.7V.

Vbb =( 1.2/1.2+1.2)*20 10 voltage divider, the voltage across BE1= Vbb+Vbe which is 10 + 0.7 = 10.7v.
