This is the Clapp oscillator and the f = 1/2pi√LC.
Where 1/C = 1/C3 + 1/C4 + 1/C5.
Where 1/C = 1/C3 + 1/C4 + 1/C5.

Resonant f = 1/(2*pi*sqrt(LCt);
Here ct = c1*c2/(c1 + c2);
Here ct = c1*c2/(c1 + c2);

In the above circuit R3 & C2 acts as a biasing elements, C3, C4, C5, L1 acts as a resonant circuit.
