V input = 60 * v output.
v output = 60 * 25mV,
v output = 1.5V.

Since first circuit work as a non_inverting op_amp therefore v(out) = 25[1+10/5] = 75mv,
And other circuit work as a inverting op_amp so v(out) = -5/5*75 = -75mv=0.075v(answer.

V01=[1+Rf/R1]*v1
[1+10000/5000]*25mv.
Then,
[1+2]=3 * 25=75.
So answer is 0.075V.

It should be 1.5 v.

The final stage output is 1.5v.

Two inverting and one non inverting circuit is present .calculate the gain separately and then multiply the inverting and non inverting gain you get v0=1.5v.

i.e v0=v1(1+(Rf/R1)*-(Rf/R1)*-(Rf/R1)).

25/1000((1+10/5)*-(5/5)*-(100/5) = 1.5v.

@Bikram and @Bharathy Punk.

Read carefully the question one more.

They asking first stage output only.

So @Biswajit Panda explanation is right one.

Vo/Vin=(1+Rf/R1)*(-Rf2/R2)*(-Rf3/R3).

Vo/Vin = (1+10/5)*(-5/5)*(-100/5).

Vo = {3*(-1)*(-20)}*25*10^-3.

Vo = 60*0.025 = 1.5v.
