Gain = (1+10/5)*(-5/5)*(-100/5) = 60.

Vo = 60*25/1000 = 1.5v.

Vo1=(1+Rf/R1)*V1
=(1+10k/5k)*25mv
=3*25mv
=75mv
=0.075v
