Here in the given circuit the resistance 4K is the input resistance and feedback resistance is 200k with the input voltage of 2.5mV then the output can be caluculated as -R2/R1 (vi).

Vout - (Rf/Ri)*V1.
200/4*2.5*1000V.
-0.125V.
200/4*2.5*1000V.
-0.125V.

Vout = -(Rf/Ri) * Vi.
= -(200/4) * 2.5 * 10^-3 V,
= -(50) * (0.0025),
= -0.125 V.
= -(200/4) * 2.5 * 10^-3 V,
= -(50) * (0.0025),
= -0.125 V.

vo = -v1*rf/r1 this is inverting case.
-2.5mv*200/4.
-2.5mv*50.
-125mv.
1mv=1000,
0.125.
-2.5mv*200/4.
-2.5mv*50.
-125mv.
1mv=1000,
0.125.
