@Amruta your solution is incorrect.
This is the proper solution:
Av = gm * (Rd || rd).
gm = 2Idss/|Vp| = 5 mS.
rd = 1/Yos = 50kΩ.
8 = 5 mS* (Rd || 50kΩ).
Rd = 1653Ω or 1.65kΩ.
This is the proper solution:
Av = gm * (Rd || rd).
gm = 2Idss/|Vp| = 5 mS.
rd = 1/Yos = 50kΩ.
8 = 5 mS* (Rd || 50kΩ).
Rd = 1653Ω or 1.65kΩ.

Here vgs=0 substitute the values.
gm=5. Rd=8/5= 1.65kΩ.
Here vgs=0 substitute the values.
