I think Idq = 4 mA based on the graph.
VGsq = -1.
Then Idq= Idss(1-Vgsq/Vp)^2.
Get the value of Idss = 7.11mS.

Idss=Id/(1-(vgs/vp))^2.
From the graph ID is equal 4mA when vgs is -1v,
Gm=(2Idss/vp)(1-vgs/vp),
Gm is approximately 3mS.

In the graph, Idss is equal to 8mA.

@Nyce.
Id = Idss/2 since Id is given in the graph Idss = id*2.
Id = Idss/2 since Id is given in the graph Idss = id*2.

How did you get Idss = 8?

From graph IDss = 8, Vp = -4.
gm = {2IDss/|Vp|}{1 - Vgs/Vp}.
= {2*8/|-4|}{1 - [-1/-4]}.
= (4}{3/4}.
= 3.
gm = {2IDss/|Vp|}{1 - Vgs/Vp}.
= {2*8/|-4|}{1 - [-1/-4]}.
= (4}{3/4}.
= 3.
