Vg = 18(10M/10M+110M) = 1.5V.
Vs = IDss*Rs = 6mA(750ohms) = 4.5V.
VGS = 1.5V-4.5V = -3V.
To be at enhancement mode, VGS should be >= 0.
VG - VS = 0.
1.5V - 6mA(Rs) = 0.
Rs = 250ohms.
Vs = IDss*Rs = 6mA(750ohms) = 4.5V.
VGS = 1.5V-4.5V = -3V.

1.5V - 6mA(Rs) = 0.
Rs = 250ohms.
