The formula is;
S= (Ic1 (1+(RB/RE))) / (B1 (B2+(RB/RE))).
Then use the formula S= (change in Ic)/(change in B).
S= (Ic1 (1+(RB/RE))) / (B1 (B2+(RB/RE))).
Then use the formula S= (change in Ic)/(change in B).

Correction! :
S(B) =(1+RB/RE)/(β(1)(1 +β(2) + RB/RE)).
S(B) =(1+RB/RE)/(β(1)(1 +β(2) + RB/RE)).

The formula of Stability factor is:
S(B) = δ(Ic)/δ(β).
= ( Ic(1)(1+RB/RE) )/(β(1)(1 +β(2) + RB/RE)).
Ic (1) = 2mA.
To know Beta, see the table of Variation of Silicon Transistor Parameters with Temperature.
175 degree = 120β.
25 degree = 50β.
Apply values in the formula, then we get the answer.
