B(dc) = IC/IB.
Given: IB = 30uA.
If you will see thoroughly the graph, there are small levels in horizontal lines. For example, in IC, it dropped in 3rd level(that is how I give term to it). so IC = 3.3mA.
B(dc) = 3.3mA / 30uA = 110.
