R=3.3 * 10^3 Ohms
C=2 * 10^-6 F
T= 6 * 10^-3 =0.006 sec
t = RC
=3.3 * 10^3 * 2 * 10^-6
= 0.0066 sec.

Then,
Change = (Final-start) * (1-1/e^T/t).
= (30 - 0) * (1-1/e^0.006/0.0066).
= (30) * (1-1/e^0.9090).
= 30 * 0.5970.
= 17.91.

Voltage at capacitor when charging = V(total) * [ 1 - exp(-t/RC) ].
R = 3.3K && C=2 micro.
Then ==> RC= 6.6 ms.

Vc = 30 * [ 1 - exp (-6/6.6) ].

Vc = 17.91 v.
