1watt = 10^3millwatts.
1millwatts = 1\10^3watt,
= 10^-3watts.
1Kw = 10^3watts,
1watt = 1/10^3kilowatts,
= 10^-3kilowatts.
135milliwatts = 135 * 10^-3watt,
= 135*(10^-3)*(10^-3) kilowatts,
= (135/10^2)*10^(-3-1) kilowatts,
= 1.35*10^-4kilowatts.
1millwatts = 1\10^3watt,
= 10^-3watts.
1Kw = 10^3watts,
1watt = 1/10^3kilowatts,
= 10^-3kilowatts.
135milliwatts = 135 * 10^-3watt,
= 135*(10^-3)*(10^-3) kilowatts,
= (135/10^2)*10^(-3-1) kilowatts,
= 1.35*10^-4kilowatts.

First understand the logic principles ------>
0 --------> Milliwatts.
10 --------> Watts.
1000 -------> K.watts.
Conversions ------------------------->
135 milliwatts = 13.5 watts (135/10=13.5).
Now 1 K.W = 1000 watts.
1. watts = 0.001 kW.
135 m.W = 13.5 Watts = 13.5*0.001 kW.
= 1.35*0.00001kW.
= 1.35*10^-4.
0 --------> Milliwatts.
10 --------> Watts.
1000 -------> K.watts.
Conversions ------------------------->
135 milliwatts = 13.5 watts (135/10=13.5).
Now 1 K.W = 1000 watts.
1. watts = 0.001 kW.
135 m.W = 13.5 Watts = 13.5*0.001 kW.
= 1.35*0.00001kW.
= 1.35*10^-4.

135 milliwatts = 135 * 10^-3Watts
= 135 * 10^-3*(10^3*10^-3)watts
= 135 * 10^-3*10^-3*10^3 watts
= 135 * 10^-3*10^-3 killowatts
= (135 * 10^-2)*10^-4 killowatts
= 1.35*10^-4 killowatts
Therefore, answer 'A' is the correct answer.
Thank you!
= 135 * 10^-3*(10^3*10^-3)watts
= 135 * 10^-3*10^-3*10^3 watts
= 135 * 10^-3*10^-3 killowatts
= (135 * 10^-2)*10^-4 killowatts
= 1.35*10^-4 killowatts
Therefore, answer 'A' is the correct answer.
Thank you!

Given: 135milliwatt.
=> 135x10^-3 : To convert it into kilowatts, lets multiply and divide it by 10^3.
=> 135x10^-3 x 1/10^3 KW.
=> 135x10^-6 KW (cause when denominator goes to numerator, '+' becomes "-" so).
=> 135x10^-6 KW => 13.5x10^-5 KW => 1.35x10^-4 KW.
Hence the answer is 1.35x10^-4 KW.

135 milli watts = 135 * 10^-3 watts
1 kilo watts = 10^3 watts
135 milli watts in killo watts
=135 * 10^-3 * 10^3 watts
(since 10^3 watts can be written as killo watts)
=135 * 10^-3 * killo watts
= 135 * 10^-3 KW
1 kilo watts = 10^3 watts
135 milli watts in killo watts

Consider that we have 1 milliwatt.
Now,
=> 1 milliW = 1*10^-6 KW.
=> 135 milliW = x KW.
=> (cross multiplying above).
x = 135*10^-6 KW.
x = 1.35*10^-4 KW (shifting upto 2 decimal points).
Now,
=> 1 milliW = 1*10^-6 KW.
=> 135 milliW = x KW.
=> (cross multiplying above).
x = 135*10^-6 KW.
x = 1.35*10^-4 KW (shifting upto 2 decimal points).

1 milliwatt=10^-3 watt.
135 milliwatt=0.135watt.
1kilowatt=1X10^3watt=1000 watt.
so the answer is in KW.
0.135Watt=1.35X10^-4 KW.(0.135/1000=0.000135watts)
so 0.000135watts=1.35X10^-4 Kilowatts
135 milliwatt=0.135watt.
1kilowatt=1X10^3watt=1000 watt.
so the answer is in KW.
0.135Watt=1.35X10^-4 KW.(0.135/1000=0.000135watts)
so 0.000135watts=1.35X10^-4 Kilowatts

135 milliwatts = 13.5 watts.
now 1 kilowatt = 1000 watts.
so, 1 watt = 0.001 kilowatts.
Hence 135 milliwatts = 13.5 * 0.001 kilowatts,
=> 13.5 * 10^-3 kW,
=> 1.35 * 10^ -4,
=> Ans= A.
now 1 kilowatt = 1000 watts.
so, 1 watt = 0.001 kilowatts.
Hence 135 milliwatts = 13.5 * 0.001 kilowatts,
=> 13.5 * 10^-3 kW,
=> 1.35 * 10^ -4,
=> Ans= A.

Dear Prashant you are wrong, because.
1 Milliwatt = 1/1000 watt.
135 Milliwatt = 0. 135 watt.
1 Watt = 1/1000 KW.
0. 135 watt = 0. 135 x (1/1000) = 0. 000135 =1. 35 × 10^–4 kW.
1 Milliwatt = 1/1000 watt.
135 Milliwatt = 0. 135 watt.
1 Watt = 1/1000 KW.
0. 135 watt = 0. 135 x (1/1000) = 0. 000135 =1. 35 × 10^–4 kW.
