1mw = 10^-3 = 0.001w.
So 135w = 0.135mw.
mw/kw = 0.135/1000 = 0.000135(1.35 * 10^-4).
1mw = 10^-3 = 0.001w.

So, 135/1000000.

135 x 10^-6 = 13.5 x 10^-5 = 1.35 x 10^-4 is the answer.
