0.06*10^3 = 60v.
60v*10^3 = 60000mv.
60v*10^3 = 60000mv.

1volt = 1000 millivolts.
1 kilovolt = 1000 volts
so,
0. 06kilovolt x1000=60volt.
60volt x 1000 = 60000millivolt.
1 kilovolt = 1000 volts
so,
0. 06kilovolt x1000=60volt.
60volt x 1000 = 60000millivolt.

Conversion of the values.
1000 milli volts = 1 volt.
1000 volts = 1 k.v.
0.006 kvolts = 60 volts (0.06*1000).
60 volts = 60,000mV (60*1000).
1000 milli volts = 1 volt.
1000 volts = 1 k.v.
0.006 kvolts = 60 volts (0.06*1000).
60 volts = 60,000mV (60*1000).

Let the unknown value be x.
x*10^-3 = 0.06*10^3.
x = 0.06*10^3/10^-3.
x = 0.06*10^3+3.
x = 0.06*10^6.
x = 6*10^6/100.
x = 6*10000.
x = 60,000.
x*10^-3 = 0.06*10^3.
x = 0.06*10^3/10^-3.
x = 0.06*10^3+3.
x = 0.06*10^6.
x = 6*10^6/100.
x = 6*10000.
x = 60,000.

1volt = 1000mv.
60v = ?
After cross multiplication, you will get 60000.

0.06kv = 0.06*1000 = 60v.
1000mv = 1v.
So 60*1000mv = 60000mv.
1000mv = 1v.
So 60*1000mv = 60000mv.
