Let us assume A,
Ax10^-3=0.06X10^6 volts
A=0.06X10^6X10^-3
A=60X10^6 volts
A=60000X10^3volts
A=60000 mv(1mv=10^3 volts)

0.06*10^3 volts
we can re writtwn as
(0.06*100)=60
then
for millivolts
we can divide and multply with 1000
60*(1000/1000)=60,000 mv

0.06 kv=60 v

After conversion into milli volts it will be 60,000mv.

1000000mv=1000v
1v=1000000/1000
1v=1000mv
0.06 kv=60 v*1000=60,000mv

1000000 = 1Kv
0.06 x 1000000 = mv
6 x 10 rest to -2 x 10 rest to 6
60000 mv the ans.

@vaishali.
1000 milli volts= 1 volt
1000 volts= 1 kilo volt
So
0.06 kilo volt= 60 volts
60 volts= 60000 milli volts

(i) 1000V=1KV ; here 1K = 1000;

So 0.06KV => (0.06*1000)V => 60V

Now substitute in equation => {1V=100mV}

We get.,

60V => {60*100} = 60,000mV.
