This answer is not 32 µA. It's 320 ma
= 3.2*10^-5,
= 3.2*10^-5*10^-3,
= 3.2*10^-2,
= 320mA.

For getting micro A, it should be 10^-6,
So, to get 10^-6 we have to divide it by 10 i.e multiply by 10^-1.
So, if we divide by 10, to make the value the same we have to multiply by 10.
i.e 3.2 x 10^-5 x 10^ -1 x 10)= 32 x 10^-6 = 32 micro A.
