VS1-VS2 = 6V,
I = V/R.
I = 6/3.3k.
I = 1.81mA.
I = V/R.
I = 6/3.3k.
I = 1.81mA.

The answer is,
R3 = VS1-VS2*R3 = 1.8mA.
R3 = VS1-VS2*R3 = 1.8mA.
