Mica has higher dielectric strength than glass as mica=>(60-200)Kv/mm, whereas glass=>(6"26)Kv/mm.
But glass has higher dielectric constant =>(5"10),
whereas Mica dielectric constant =>(3"6).
But glass has higher dielectric constant =>(5"10),
whereas Mica dielectric constant =>(3"6).

Dielectric constant and Dielectric strength, both are different things. Glass has higher dielectric constant whereas mica has higher dielectric strength.

Dielectric constant of:
Air: 1.
Paper: 3.3, 3.5.
Mica: 3-6.
Glass: 3.7-10.
Air: 1.
