A bidirectional 4-bit shift register is storing the nibble 1110. Its

Yes, it's correct. Every time We need to check about the right shift or left shift.
So here Right/Left' is Low. So we need to perform Left Operation.

Stored nibble : waitin nibble.
Initially 1110 : 0111.
1st pulse 1100 : 111.
2nd pulse 1001 : 11.
The final answer after 2nd clk pulse is 1001.
