Analog value for each step o/p = Vref/2n - 1.
= 7/64 - 1 = .111.
= 7/64 - 1 = .111.

Correct Answer is (C):
Step size = Range/2^n.
Step Value = 7/64 = 0.109.
Step size = Range/2^n.

Here full-scale output voltage=7.
Step size=full scale output voltage/2powern-1,
Step size=7/64-1=.1111.
