Flipflops are all edge sensitive, where latches are level sensitive. Flipflops can be made by connecting latches with additional gates connected to it.

7474 is a D FLIP-FLOP where as 7475 is a 4-BIT BISTABLELATCH.

7475 is a D latch whereas 7474 is a D flip flop which has edge triggering clk pulse.

Clock raising or falling edge sensitive will change the state of flip flop but enable input doesn't sensitize the any state of f/f.
