Output of X-NOR is a even function of one. SO option A is correct.

EX-OR gate gives 1 if both the inpouts are different means 0 or 1. and gives 0 if both are same.
and EX-NOR is opposite of EX-OR gate, so it provides a HIGH output for both inputs HIGH or both inputs LOW is

Because, the output of the XOR gate is a 1 if either but not both inputs are 1 and a 0 if the inputs are both 0 or both 1.
