After each clock cycle, the data in the shift register moves one position.
Since the DATA input has returned to 0, zeros are continuously shifted into the register.
After 10 clock cycles, all the previously stored 1s have been shifted out. Therefore, the final values are:
Q4, Q3, Q2, Q1, Q0 = 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.
