1026/1881 ( division of both with 19) = 54/99( division of both by 9) = 6/11.

Try to look it like this,
114/209 = approx and a little bit more than 0.5 ~ as 5 * 2 = 10 which is nearby 11 of 114. Now check all the answers. Only 6/11 is the near and little bit more than 0.5 ~.
