Then question became (what % of 24% is equal to 10%).
X24/100 = 10/100.
X = 10/24 = 0.4166.
%X = 0.4166 x 100 = 41.66.

Let x be the total body weight which is equal to pie charts.
Weight of proteins in body = (x * 24/100) --> (0.24x) (according to pie chart 2) --> 1.
Weight of skin =x* (1/10) -->>(0.1x) (according to pie chart 1) --> 2.
--> Required what % of proteins in the human body is = to the weight of its skin.
Let p% of proteins weight = weight of skin.
P/100* (0.24x) = 0.1 x From 1& 2 equations.
P = (0.1x / 0.24x) * 100.
P = 41.66.
Weight of proteins in body = (x * 24/100) --> (0.24x) (according to pie chart 2) --> 1.
Weight of skin =x* (1/10) -->>(0.1x) (according to pie chart 1) --> 2.

P/100* (0.24x) = 0.1 x From 1& 2 equations.

i.e (x/100)*(24/100) = 1/10.
x = 1000/24 = 41.666%.
i.e (x/100)*(24/100) = 1/10.
x = 1000/24 = 41.666%.

also you can write it x = (1/10)*(100/24).
=1*10/24 = 10/24 = .4166 if we want % so .4166*100 = 41.66%.
