Let total weight equal to w then;
24/100x w = 1/10x100.
now 24w/100 = 10.
hence w = 1000/24,
250/6 = 41.666.

The wieght of the skin = 1/10.
convert in to percentage i.e= 1/10*100 = 10%.
Then
Protein is 24 % that is given in question;
So (10 / 24 ) * 100 = 41.66.

Simply the solution is;
Convert the statement into the following expression which is basic.
What % of protein of the human body is equivalent to wight of the skin ( pie chart 1 is weight distribution).
x/100 (what %) of 24/100 (protein 24% = 24/100) = 1/10.
x/100 * 24/100 = 1/10.
= 41.66.

They have asked the percentage when the percentage of proteins equals the percentage of skin.
So, 24% of x = (1/10)of 100%.
24 * x/100=10,
x=10*100/24=>41.6
That's it.
So, 24% of x = (1/10)of 100%.

x=(100*1)/(24*10)*100 (as they are asking in percent),
x=41.6.
